it runs windows 7. memory fully upgraded and comes with a wifi adapter, keyboard, and mouse. I am gonna call it a tech special because I think I have used it up and it has completely crashed on me twice. I have rebooted the software to it's original configuration (like what it was out of the box). all I am asking is $30
